Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize productivity and individual performance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key distributors, retailers, and institutional accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels, logistics flow, and supply chain efficiency within the assigned territory to ensure product availability.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, branding standards, and safety regulations across all retail touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the Surabaya and Sidoarjo market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data management and CRM tools.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and resolve complex operational challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
