You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales promotion lifecycle, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. We are looking for an analytical leader who can translate market data into actionable sales strategies, monitor competitor activity, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly regional sales targets.
  • Ensure optimal product distribution and availability across all retail channels within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the field sales team to maintain high performance and professional conduct.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate effective promotional programs to boost brand awareness and consumer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust regional sales strategies.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and performance analyses for management, highlighting key insights and improvement areas.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in sales management, specifically within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
  • Strong understanding of market distribution channels and trade marketing in the Makassar/Sulawesi region.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve high-impact business results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
