Mecosin Indonesia is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Promotion Representative to join our expanding field team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for driving product visibility, building strong relationships with local retail partners, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily field visits to retail outlets to monitor product availability and shelf presence.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and local stakeholders.
- Implement promotional strategies and merchandising standards to maximize brand visibility.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and distribution KPIs within the assigned area.
- Collect and report market feedback, competitor activity, and sales data to the management team.
- Ensure proper display and inventory management at the point of sale.
- Conduct product demonstrations or promotional activities to educate customers and boost conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Sales, Field Promotion, or Merchandising is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively to cover assigned territories.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area (Medan, Padang, or Palembang).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and highly resilient in meeting performance goals.
