Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Jember area to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and expand distribution channels, ensuring product availability across all retail and project outlets.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales and promotion team to optimize individual and collective performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Plan and implement local promotional programs and brand activation events to increase market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key dealers, contractors, and project owners.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and oversee the timely delivery of goods to distribution partners.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and analysis to evaluate area performance against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in the building materials, chemical, or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the Jember/East Java market landscape and distribution dynamics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data management and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and local dialect.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
