- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration in Jawa Timur
- Conduct regular outlet visits for product promotion, merchandising, and relationship building
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective account management and new customer acquisition
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Expand customer base by identifying and engaging new retail partners and distribution channels
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports including performance metrics and market insights
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure promotional activities align with regional sales objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail industry
- Deep understanding of Jawa Timur market dynamics and distribution networks
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Valid driver's license with own vehicle for field visits
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for reporting
