Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective area sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage, coach, and supervise a team of sales representatives and merchandisers to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors and key retail outlets.
- Ensure optimal stock availability and product placement within assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify growth opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Distribution within the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage remote field teams.
- Deep understanding of the distribution network and retail landscape in the Aceh region.
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the designated territory.
