Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
  • Identify and penetrate new market opportunities within the Batam area to expand our customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
  • Ensure all sales reports, documentation, and CRM data are accurate, updated, and submitted on time.
  • Conduct regular field visits to observe sales interactions and provide real-time coaching to the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales supervision or team leadership, preferably in technology or network sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Batam local market landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region.
