In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of designers and creatives, ensuring our brands resonate powerfully in key markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and beyond.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the creative direction for all marketing campaigns, ensuring visual consistency across print, digital, and out-of-home channels.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and style guides to ensure brand integrity.
- Manage and mentor a creative team, providing feedback, conducting reviews, and fostering professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and strategists to align visual concepts with business objectives and target audience insights.
- Conceptualize and present innovative visual solutions to stakeholders and clients, effectively telling the brand story.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to keep the company's creative output fresh.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an Art Director role or equivalent creative leadership position.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, including branding, advertising, and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile-first design thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Malay/Mandarin is highly preferred for regional collaboration.
