Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar creative leadership role (minimum 3-5 years).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating leadership skills and design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
