Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain AS/400 applications using RPG, CL, and SQL for core banking modules
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate banking requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement performance optimizations
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance in banking transaction systems
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and documentation updates
- Integrate AS/400 solutions with modern APIs and third-party banking services
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of AS/400 development experience with RPG/CL programming
- Strong understanding of core banking systems and financial workflows
- Proficiency in SQL and database management on AS/400 platform
- Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of banking compliance standards (PCI DSS, Basel III)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within agile team environments
