Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Branch Manager in formulating and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, stock control, and financial reporting.
- Mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and improve conversion rates.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain customer loyalty.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with the central office for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian.
- Proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Willing to work full-time and available to work during office hours.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
