Join our team as an Assistant FFB Purchaser and play a crucial role in our palm oil supply chain operations. As an Assistant FFB Purchaser, you will be responsible for managing all operational activities related to the purchase and sale of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) from third-party suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute all operational activities related to the purchase and sale of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) from third-party suppliers
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of TBS according to quality standards
- Monitor market prices and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Prepare and maintain purchasing documentation including contracts, invoices, and delivery records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth TBS procurement process
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all purchasing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the agricultural or palm oil sector
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of quality standards and specifications for TBS
