We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asisten Logistic & FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunch) Purchase to join our team in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient logistics of FFB supplies and ensuring that our procurement processes are seamless, transparent, and aligned with company quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage the daily procurement of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from internal and external suppliers.
- Supervise logistics operations, including transport scheduling and fleet utilization, to ensure timely arrival of harvest.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of FFB purchase volumes, quality grading, and supplier payment cycles.
- Monitor and analyze market price fluctuations to ensure competitive purchasing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards for FFB handling.
- Collaborate with field managers and mill operations teams to synchronize harvest cycles with processing capacity.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks and supply chain discrepancies proactively to minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the palm oil plantation industry specifically within FFB Purchasing or Logistics.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of FFB quality grading standards and supply chain management within the palm oil sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and plantation management software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build long-term relationships with diverse suppliers and stakeholders.
- Willingness to be stationed in remote plantation areas as required by operational needs.
- Strong integrity and high attention to detail in handling administrative and financial data.
