Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders, clients, and project teams
- Manage documentation, contracts, and compliance materials with precision
- Track project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Organize meetings, workshops, and site visits with meticulous preparation
- Generate progress reports and performance dashboards for leadership review
- Support risk mitigation and issue resolution processes
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in project coordination or administrative support
- Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, or similar project management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Proven experience with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is highly advantageous
