Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the President Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in English and Indonesian
  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation systems
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materials
  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings, presentations, and strategic documents
  • Monitor and follow up on action items and deadlines as assigned
  • Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to facilitate operations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal); TOEIC or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
