Citra Borneo Indah is seeking a dedicated Asisten Traksi (Transportation Assistant) to join our team in Central Kalimantan. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all transportation units to ensure the smooth operation of our plantation activities. Your primary focus will be on optimizing transportation resources to meet the operational needs of our plantation while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics management
- Knowledge of plantation operations and transportation needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
- Proficiency in basic record keeping and reporting
