Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Visit retail outlets regularly to ensure product availability, optimal shelf placement, and high brand visibility.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with shop owners, wholesalers, and key distribution stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, reporting insights to the regional sales manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales orders, inventory levels, and stock rotations.
- Implement promotional programs and conduct product demonstrations as required.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively communicate brand value to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Salesman, Area Sales Representative, or in a similar field-based sales role.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, reporting, and basic analysis).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Familiarity with the Malingping, Cibaliung, and Pandeglang geographic areas is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is an advantage.
