In this role, you will be the face of Nissin Foods in your designated territory. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and ensuring our products are available on the shelves to meet consumer demand. We are looking for someone who can drive sales growth, build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular sales calls to distributors and retailers to drive product distribution and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and grow the assigned sales territory to ensure maximum market penetration.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability on shelves.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, inventory data, and expense reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers to ensure retention.
- Conduct market visits to analyze competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in merchandising activities to promote brand visibility and product positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Salesman role or similar position within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage for territory coverage.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
