Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to engineering drawings and work orders.
- Perform routine functional testing and inspection to verify product performance and quality.
- Maintain equipment and tooling, reporting any malfunctions or defects promptly.
- Record production data, including quantities, rework, and scrap, in the internal system.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
- Adhere to safety regulations and 5S workplace standards at all times.
- Support inventory management by tracking component usage and flagging low-stock items.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum N1/N2 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or production environments is advantageous.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Handâon skills with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional shifts as required.
