Proof-of-Skill is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update daily financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately categorized.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support Indonesian tax compliance and filing processes (PPH, PPN).
- Coordinate with team members to process employee expense claims and payroll data.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documentation and contracts.
- Assist senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and audit preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar cloud-based platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
