Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections.
- Handle payroll processing and manage employee reimbursements efficiently.
- Liaise with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and contract renewals.
- Monitor project profitability and assist in cost control measures for creative projects.
- Organize and maintain office filing systems, including contracts and financial documents.
- Support the management team with general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Management or Financial Administration.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with internal teams and external clients.
- Familiarity with the advertising or creative agency industry is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid office environment.
