Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts from initial brief to final construction documentation.
- Prepare and manage detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using BIM software (Revit/AutoCAD).
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare and track submissions to regulatory authorities including URA, BCA, and SCDF to ensure compliance with local codes.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with design specifications.
- Manage project schedules and documentation, ensuring all milestones are met within the specified budget and timeframe.
- Lead project teams for specific executions for candidates demonstrating leadership aptitude, including client management and incentive-based targets.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution (accredited by the Board of Architects Singapore preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm within Singapore.
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, planning guidelines, and construction regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.
- Proven leadership potential and a desire to take on project management responsibilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
