Port Twenty Five is seeking a talented Assistant Architect (LAM Part 1) to join our dynamic team in Selangor. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Principal Architect in developing architectural design solutions for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for client meetings.
- Support the team in the production of tender and construction documentation (CDs).
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Manage submission drawings to local authorities in compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal design teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Research new materials and construction techniques to enhance design functionality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Architecture (LAM Part 1) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit) is highly advantageous.
- A creative design portfolio demonstrating a strong grasp of spatial planning and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative design team.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to professional development and learning.
