Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Head Baker in preparing and producing diverse baked goods including breads, pastries, and specialty items
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, flavor, and visual appeal
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and HACCP procedures
- Support inventory management by tracking ingredient usage and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Contribute to kitchen cleanliness and organized workspace maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Previous bakery or food production experience preferred
