- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research, consumer segmentation, and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor brand performance, sales data, and market share, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaign execution.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensure cost-effective utilization of resources, and track expenditures against planned activities.
- Develop compelling marketing collaterals, packaging designs, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to innovation pipeline development and new product introduction processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in brand management or product marketing, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to analyze market data, interpret consumer insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
