Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for deal flow, acquisitions, and operations? Regalis Capital is looking for a dynamic Assistant Deal Manager to join our high-performing team. In this fully home-based role, you will be the backbone of our acquisition lifecycle, ensuring that every deal moves seamlessly through our pipeline.
As an Assistant Deal Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining CRM integrity, coordinating communication between stakeholders, and providing the administrative support necessary to keep our acquisition targets on track. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the CRM database to ensure 100% data accuracy for active deals.
- Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders, sellers, and external partners to ensure timely deal progression.
- Track acquisition pipelines daily and provide status updates to the leadership team.
- Prepare, organize, and archive essential deal documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
- Support the Deal Managers in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and site visits as required.
- Identify potential bottlenecks in the deal flow and provide proactive solutions to keep timelines on track.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to acquisition performance and market analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in deal management, administrative coordination, or operations support, preferably in real estate or finance.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote/home-based environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
