We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director/Deputy Director, Supporters Engagement to lead our strategic initiatives in volunteer management, donor cultivation, and partnership development.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the Society's supporter engagement strategies, driving sustainable growth in our community of volunteers, donors, and partners. You will lead a dedicated team in creating compelling engagement opportunities that align with our mission of protecting every child and helping them reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in nonprofit management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for child welfare. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop innovative approaches to supporter engagement, ensuring the Society continues to build strong, lasting relationships that enable our vital programs and services.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for volunteer engagement, donor cultivation, and partnership development
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals in supporter engagement functions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including major donors, corporate partners, and community leaders
  • Design and execute innovative supporter engagement campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supporter engagement activities, making data-driven improvements
  • Collaborate with program teams to align supporter engagement activities with organizational goals
  • Develop and manage budgets for supporter engagement initiatives
  • Represent the Society at community events and stakeholder meetings

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree or professional certification in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in nonprofit management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful volunteer engagement, fundraising, and partnership strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with budget management and financial planning for nonprofit programs
  • Passion for the mission of Singapore Children's Society and commitment to child welfare
