- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive business growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define product positioning, messaging, and brand narrative.
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing collateral and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex marketing projects and multi-million dollar budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and internal collaboration.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms.
