- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team through performance coaching and development
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and service excellence
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Coordinate with revenue management to optimize pricing and inventory strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive sales experience in hospitality/luxury sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performance teams
- Strong negotiation skills with corporate clients and travel partners
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual capabilities advantageous
