In this role, you will be at the forefront of our digital growth, working closely with the eCommerce management team to execute high-impact online campaigns, optimize store performance, and manage daily digital operations. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the prestige of the Bacha Coffee brand online while driving conversion and scaling our digital footprint across the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end management of the Bacha Coffee regional eCommerce platforms.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEM to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, inventory updates, and promotional activities.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, including content updates, visual merchandising, and inventory alignment.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for platform enhancement and user experience (UX) optimization.
- Support the team in managing customer service queries and feedback to maintain high brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce operations or digital marketing, preferably within the luxury or lifestyle sector.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and digital marketing tools.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate metrics into effective digital strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of proficiency in English.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for the luxury coffee industry and a keen eye for aesthetic detail.
