As an Assistant Event Manager, you'll be the key liaison between clients and internal teams, translating visions into reality while maintaining our high standards of service and quality. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, including venue setup, decoration, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Liaise with clients to determine their needs and preferences, ensuring their vision is fully executed.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure services and negotiate contracts.
  • Supervise event staff, including servers, bartenders, and coordinators, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenses to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or management, preferably in the F&B or catering sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
