PSA Corporation is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Assistant Finance Manager / Deputy Finance Manager (FP&A) to join our corporate finance division in the West Region. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) department, overseeing the annual budgeting cycle, rolling forecasts, and strategic long-term planning. You will act as a strategic business partner to operational heads, providing the financial clarity needed to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting process and quarterly rolling forecasts across multiple business units.
- Analyze monthly financial performance, providing deep-dive variance analysis against budget and historical data.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to support CAPEX evaluations and strategic business cases.
- Prepare and present high-quality management reports and presentation decks for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Partner with operational departments to identify cost drivers and implement efficiency-improving initiatives.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and potential financial risks or opportunities.
- Collaborate on the implementation and optimization of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and ERP system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and internal financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA Singapore, or ACCA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or management accounting.
- Prior experience in the logistics, maritime, or large-scale infrastructure industries is a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot/Query) and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to distill complex information into clear, executive-level insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
