Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for Oral Care category aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to generate breakthrough concepts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify white space opportunities
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization with strict timeline adherence
- Translate consumer insights into actionable product development briefs
- Monitor KPIs and ROI for innovation initiatives with data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sustainability targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Life Sciences
- 3+ years in FMCG innovation, product development, or category management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and trend analysis
- Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of Oral Care market dynamics and consumer behavior
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
