Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Identity & Access Management (IAM) strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage and maintain identity governance systems, including user lifecycle management, access provisioning/de-provisioning, and regular access reviews.
- Support the daily operations and administration of various identity platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Participate in security incident response activities related to identity breaches or access anomalies, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to the enforcement of security policies, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal users and collaborate effectively with other IT and business units.
- Stay abreast of emerging identity and security technologies, threats, and best practices to recommend enhancements to our security posture.
- Assist in auditing access controls and entitlements to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure least privilege access.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or IT operations with a strong security focus.
- Proven expertise with core IAM technologies, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and experience with enterprise-grade SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and directory services concepts.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Identity certifications are highly advantageous.
