Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate logistics operations including inventory management, transportation scheduling, and supply chain coordination
- Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including venue setup, equipment management, and on-site coordination
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials
- Develop detailed event timelines, checklists, and contingency plans for seamless execution
- Monitor budget allocations and provide cost-effective solutions for logistics and event requirements
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align logistics strategies with campaign objectives
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Event Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination or event support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with clean driving record
