- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and brand optimization strategies
- Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports tracking brand performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate insights into actionable brand positioning and communication strategies
- Support design and execution of market research studies including surveys, focus groups, and data modeling
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear visualizations and actionable insights
- Monitor and evaluate customer engagement initiatives across digital and traditional channels
- Identify emerging consumer trends and competitive threats to inform proactive business responses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
- 3-5 years experience in market research, customer insights, or brand analytics with FMCG background
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, SPSS) and statistical modeling
- Strong experience with customer segmentation, market basket analysis, and brand equity tracking
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data interpretation and reporting
