Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with IHPC’s strategic communication objectives.
- Lead end-to-end management of social media campaigns to increase engagement and strengthen the Institute's digital brand presence.
- Translate complex R&D projects and technical breakthroughs into accessible, high-engagement content for diverse digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify compelling research stories and news-worthy milestones.
- Manage the editorial calendar and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, and newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to derive insights and optimize future content marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with creative teams, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality multimedia assets (videos, infographics, case studies).
- Support corporate events and media outreach initiatives to enhance the Institute’s reputation within the tech and business ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or digital communications, preferably within the tech or R&D sector.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, audience-centric content.
- Strong proficiency in social media management platforms, digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and CMS platforms.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a portfolio of published work.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a research-intensive environment.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a deep interest in emerging technologies and high-performance computing.
- Experience in video production or graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
