Tanggung Jawab
- Lead financial modeling and valuation exercises to support corporate mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, budget forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project feasibility studies and commercial evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide strategic recommendations that influence business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process and ensure compliance with statutory and internal standards.
- Oversee capital allocation strategies and assist in optimizing the company's financial structure.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into executive summaries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing high-pressure projects with tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards (MFRS) and corporate tax laws.
