Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute consumer research projects to track brand performance and market trends.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data sets to identify actionable opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product development, to align brand strategies with consumer insights.
- Manage relationships with external research agencies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Create compelling presentations and reports for senior management, translating complex data into simple, impactful insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and market shifts to provide proactive recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of customer satisfaction surveys and brand tracking initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and MS Office suite.
- Experience in managing end-to-end research projects, from brief development to insight dissemination.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, strategic narratives.
