Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and recruitment campaigns for university programmes.
- Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and parents.
- Collaborate with academic staff to develop engaging promotional materials, including brochures, digital content, and presentations.
- Represent TAR UMT at open days, educational fairs, and networking events to promote the university's offerings.
- Analyze recruitment data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise marketing efforts.
- Support the coordination of campus visits and guided tours for visiting groups.
- Maintain and update the university's database of prospective students and leads.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, student recruitment, or higher education administration.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for off-campus events.
