Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic engagement plans to enhance member satisfaction and retention
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
- Coordinate and execute partnership initiatives and collaborative projects
- Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of programs
- Support the planning and execution of member events and community outreach activities
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in engagement and partnership management
- Prepare reports and presentations on engagement activities and outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or related role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in event planning and execution of community initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Knowledge of Singapore's National Service landscape is advantageous
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
