You will work closely with production crews, external talent, and internal stakeholders to ensure every guest experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate the end-to-end operational execution of live entertainment programs and special events.
  • Liaise with VIP clients and internal departments to ensure bespoke event requirements are met with precision.
  • Manage production schedules, logistics, and vendor communications to ensure seamless show delivery.
  • Monitor on-site event operations, troubleshooting issues in real-time to maintain service standards.
  • Oversee stage management protocols, technical rehearsals, and safety compliance for high-profile acts.
  • Provide detailed post-event reporting to track KPIs, budget utilization, and guest feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotional efforts for upcoming entertainment lineups.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Arts Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in entertainment, venue management, or large-scale event production.
  • Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex logistics in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with high-profile stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and technical proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays as required by the entertainment schedule.
  • Strong command of English; additional language proficiency is a plus for international guest relations.
