Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for savings products and gift offerings to meet branch targets
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and corporate partners
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations while optimizing product performance
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking/financial services or sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing dynamic teams
- Proficiency in financial product management and regulatory compliance
- Advanced communication skills in both Indonesian and English
