- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, earnings reports, and corporate communications
- Coordinate investor roadshows, conferences, and stakeholder engagement events
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and financial performance data
- Support special projects including M&A communications, capital raises, and crisis management
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and PR teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Monitor regulatory requirements and compliance in investor communications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of investor relations, corporate communications, or financial analysis experience
- Strong financial literacy with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with proven presentation abilities
- Experience in event planning and stakeholder relationship management
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and financial modeling software
