The MSc Programmes Office at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager/Manager (Marketing & Outreach) to join our team. You will collaborate closely with academic departments to understand programme offerings and craft compelling messaging that resonates with prospective students. Your responsibilities will encompass managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media), organizing impactful recruitment events (including webinars and education fairs), building strong relationships with educational agents and partner institutions, and leveraging data analytics to optimize outreach efforts and drive enrolment. You will also oversee content creation for websites, social media, and print materials, ensuring consistent brand communication.
We are looking for an individual who is not only strategic but also hands-on. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, and possesses at least 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, outreach, or student recruitment, ideally within the higher education sector. Strong project management capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms) are essential. You should be a creative thinker ready to drive innovation and measurable outcomes.

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness and enrolment for MSc programmes.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Organise and coordinate outreach events such as information sessions, education fairs, and webinars.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational agents, partner institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Create and oversee production of marketing collaterals, including brochures, videos, and website content.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimise strategies.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate and compelling programme representation.
- Manage budgets and provide regular reports on outreach activities and ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or student recruitment, preferably in higher education.
- Strong digital marketing skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated project management and organisational abilities.

- Knowledge of the Singapore and regional education landscape is an advantage.
