Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Own the web analytics framework (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager) to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance and customer journeys.
- Translate complex web data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the marketing, product, and digital teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize website conversion rates, landing pages, and user experience.
- Manage the creation of dashboards and regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and ROI.
- Collaborate with SEO/SEM specialists to analyze traffic sources and keyword performance, driving continuous improvement in organic and paid search.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, web analytics best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the bank’s digital presence remains cutting-edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of working experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or web analytics, preferably within financial services or a similar regulated industry.
- Proven expertise in web analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive clear insights from large datasets.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related digital marketing certifications is an added advantage.
