As Assistant Manager (Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions), you'll shape the future of our graduate programs by crafting innovative recruitment strategies, engaging with prospective students globally, and optimizing the admissions journey. This pivotal role combines strategic marketing expertise with hands-on recruitment execution to attract top-tier talent to NTU's world-class business school. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling program narratives, design targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and analyze data to continuously improve recruitment outcomes. The position offers unique exposure to higher education marketing, international student recruitment, and institutional branding within Singapore's leading technological university.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for graduate program recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipeline including lead generation, application processing, and enrollment conversion
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, web)
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize campaign performance
- Organize recruitment events, webinars, and international student outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with academic departments on program positioning and value proposition development
- Lead admissions process improvements and documentation management
- Maintain relationships with education agents and institutional partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or higher education admissions
- Proven track record in campaign management and lead generation
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Project management expertise with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of international student recruitment markets and trends
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
