Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for the infectious diseases academic programme, including coordination of meetings, events, and academic activities.
- Manage correspondence, prepare reports, and handle confidential documentation with the highest level of discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments, external academic partners, and government agencies to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Assist in the planning and execution of research projects, training sessions, and academic conferences.
- Maintain and update accurate records and databases related to programme activities and staff information.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for academic staff and interns as required.
- Monitor departmental budgets and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant administrative or management experience in a healthcare or academic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant hospital management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare administration or project management are an advantage.
