Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key principals and partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance against agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and performance analyses to inform management decisions and meet principal requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding potential new strategic partners that align with Erajaya's growth strategy.
- Support the negotiation and renewal processes for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Proactively identify market trends and competitive activities to inform partnership strategies and enhance Erajaya's position.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in partnership management, key account management, or business development, preferably within the retail, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client/principal relationships and driving collaborative outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in preparing professional reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication with local and international partners.
