RecruitFirst is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Brand & Digital Communications to spearhead our brand presence and digital strategy in the West Region. In this exciting contract role, you will lead high‑impact campaigns, oversee website strategy, and leverage data‑driven insights to amplify our communications footprint.
You’ll collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to develop cohesive brand narratives, manage digital channels, and optimize user experiences. Your expertise will drive the creation of compelling content, performance metrics, and actionable reporting that support business growth.
Key responsibilities include crafting and executing integrated marketing plans, managing the corporate website’s content and SEO, analyzing digital performance metrics, and guiding the development of innovative digital assets. You’ll also mentor junior staff, ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, and stay ahead of emerging digital trends to keep RecruitFirst at the forefront of the industry.

- Lead end‑to‑end brand and digital campaigns from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute website content strategy, including SEO optimization, user experience improvements, and performance tracking.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor, interpret, and report on digital metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create consistent brand messaging across all digital and traditional channels.
- Manage digital marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and campaign timelines to meet deadlines and ROI targets.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to drive innovation within the communications function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or communications, with a focus on campaigns and website strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering data‑driven campaigns that improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with CMS, SEO tools, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, contract‑based environment.
